Are all artworks original?
Yes. Unless stated otherwise, all works available through Bright Future are original artworks. Editions and prints are clearly identified as such on the individual artwork page, including the edition size where applicable.

Do artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Original artworks are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist or issued by Bright Future.
How can I purchase an artwork?
You can purchase artworks directly through our website. Please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.

Payments can be be made securely through our website using major payment methods. If you would prefer an alternative payment method, such as bank transfer, TWINT or cash, please feel free to contact us.

Are the artworks framed?
Framing information is specified on each artwork page. Unless stated otherwise, artworks are sold unframed.
If you would like advice on framing, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can I see an artwork in person before purchasing?

Bright Future is primarily an online gallery, so not every artwork can be viewed in person at all times.
However, some works may be available for private viewing depending on their location. Please contact us and we will see what can be arranged.
We also organise physical exhibitions, pop-ups and collaborations where selected works can be discovered in person.
Can you help me choose an artwork?

Absolutely. Whether you are looking for your first artwork or adding to an existing collection, we are happy to help you find a piece that feels right for you and your space.
You can send us a photo of your interior, approximate dimensions, budget and any works or artists you are drawn to, and we can put together a personal selection for you.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout Europe. For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to look into the available shipping options.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the artwork, its size and the destination. The applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout or communicated before purchase.
For larger or particularly fragile works, we may arrange a dedicated art transport service.

How long does delivery take?

Most artworks are shipped directly from the artist's studio, so delivery times vary depending on the artist's location and availability.
Orders are generally dispatched within 7–21 days. We will keep you informed once your artwork is ready to be shipped and provide tracking information whenever available.
If you need an artwork by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.
What happens if an artwork arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of both the artwork and its packaging.
We will work with you, the artist and the shipping provider to find the appropriate solution. Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Can I return an artwork?
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that every situation is different, so please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to discuss your situation.

Do you collaborate with brands, spaces or other creative projects?

Yes. Alongside our online programme, Bright Future develops exhibitions, pop-ups and collaborations with cultural, hospitality, design and other creative partners.
