Cosimo works in the field of figurative painting, often incorporating graphic and abstract elements.

His current series "Food" was created on a spontaneous whim. He originally wanted to try out a new painting technique and began drawing desserts and other dishes. However, he quickly realized that these pictures were far more than just a painting exercise. He continues to add to the series.
